Our Church Away Day for 2026 is coming up soon.
We really hope you can join us for a day away, as we explore the theme of ‘Sharing Life in Jesus’.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
The plan for the day is to start all-together with a session at 9.30am. Our speaker will be Charlie Styles (previously Rector in Lutterworth and Director of OCCA - Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics - and now Rector of Northleach in Gloucestershire). The day will start with an all-together worship before having a couple of sessions getting excited and equipped to share our faith. Children will have groups put on for them during the morning sessions.
We’ll provide a sandwich lunch, and we can then enjoy a range of afternoon activities and games on the site. The day will wrap up with some more tea and cake, sharing what we have learnt, and a time of prayer and praise.

Directions:
Leave Hinckley onto the A5 towards Atherstone;
The King’s Lodge is on the right, not long after the first roundabout you cross over.
There will be a clear sign indicating the entrance, and cark parking is on site.
COST
To cover the cost of the day (venue & food) we are asking for a contribution of £10 per adult and £5 per child. But, please do not let the cost stop you from coming. Offers of cakes would also be most welcome (please see page opposite).
